LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Limited Warranty: This warranty is limited to the Ogio Power Sports product line as follows:

 

A. USA Warranty:

OGIO guarantees this bag which is part of its *Power Sports products for the **lifetime of the product (original sales receipt required) to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers the product for the original owner only. If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, then OGIO will replace with like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time. The claim form below must be submitted with the original purchase receipt.

*Apparel (T-shirts, hats, etc.) is exempt from the aforementioned warranty.

**Expected "lifetime" of OGIO products depends on customer usage.

 

B. Purchases outside of the USA:

OGIO guarantees this bag which is part of its Power Sports products for three (3) years from date of purchase (original sales receipt required) to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers the product for the original owner only. If the product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, then the product will be repaired or replaced with like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.

All products purchased outside of the USA must be returned through the distributor in the country where the product was purchased. Ogio Co-Branded Bags are NOT covered under Ogio’s warranty policy, as these bags are made to our co-brand partners specifications. Co-brand partners include (but not limited to): Dainese, Ducati, KTM/Husqvarna, VR46, Kawasaki, BRP, Polaris, Fly Racing, Pro Circuit, etc.

 

To submit a warranty claim please email: warranty@ogiopowersports.com and include the following information: 

  • Customer Name, address and contact information
  • Images of product where item is in question
  • Purchase receipt, date of purchase, purchased from
  • A brief description of the defective or damaged product
